By specializing in ICFs we can provide our customers with a warmer and safer foundation which ultimately reduces their future heating costs.

The initial cost of the ICF foundation is typically 15% more than the traditional concrete foundations but when you factor in the cost to stud out and insulate your traditional basement they are the same price. If you then use the traditional concrete foundation and use foam insulation on the outside it actually costs more money for a colder basement.

We believe there will be a huge demand for ICF foundations once we explain to contractors and home owners about the misconception of price, this product has been around for a while now but everyone jumps to the conclusion it is too expensive. The more builders that move over to us will have a knock on effect with other builders as once people understand the benefits of the ICF foundation it will become harder to sell a new construction home that does not have an ICF foundation.
